Had a airbag light come on after I changed the cloth seats for leather ones.no side squibbs on the leather seats.so I contacted Brad and he responded with the solution.the resistors he sent plugged in to the seats very easily.no more airbag lights.absolutely brillant at what Brad and his team do.11 out of 10.strongly recommend them.thanks again brad🙂🙂🙂

Last year we purchased a pair of airbag simulators from Brad. Unfortunately, we never received the package, even though the post office marked it as delivered. Brad went above and beyond, spending time to help us trace the shipment. Once it was confirmed lost, he generously offered us a replacement pair at half price. It wasn't his fault the post office lost the package, it is Brad's kindness to help us out. Best wishes to him.

Had an excellent experience with Brad. Purchased 2 Gen 4 Sienna Dongles. There was a bit of confusion on the order, and I only rec’d 1 instead of 2. Time was of the essence in terms of my having access to help with the 1 mid seat removal and use of Brad’s devices. He overnighted me the missing one at his expense and called to follow up, and talk me through the use of the dongles. Mission accomplished, and very much appreciated his professionalism.
