Lifetime Warranty

Our SRS emulators are guaranteed for life to:

  1. Provide an appropriate emulation signal to the designated, factory-original mating receptacle of a listed vehicle;
  2. Mechanically insert into and latch with that receptacle.

Exceptions - the guarantees do not apply when:

  • The vehicle or product is sold or transferred to another owner.
  • Using the product on a vehicle or install location not listed as compatible.

Connect these dongles in place of the pop-up hood actuators / lifters to remove the active hood / active bonnet functionality.

For off-road or track use only. Disabling the active hood makes your vehicle more likely to severely injure or kill a pedestrian in a crash.

2-Second Install & Remove

Connects and disconnects just like the original lifter. No more bending resistor legs and risking shorts, or taping generic simulators.

OEM Quality

Assembled from the same connectors used by the vehicle manufacturer. 3D-printed PC rear cap that withstands UV and 90°C. Automotive-grade resistor. Gold-plated pins for repeated use.

How to Use

  1. Turn off the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the car battery and wait at least 30 seconds to ensure there is no power at/near the lifters. If you’ve already removed them and are just installing the dongles, you can skip this step.
  3. Unplug and remove the lifters.
  4. Plug the dongles into the same connectors.
  5. Try tugging on each dongle — it should not pull out.
  6. Start the car and verify no SRS error is present.
