Our airbag emulators are guaranteed for life to:

Provide a 2.2Ω (or otherwise specified) resistance, ± 10%, to any factory-original ISO 19072-1-compliant mating connector;
Mechanically insert into and latch with that connector.

These guarantees are made only to the original purchaser and not transferrable to the next owner of the vehicle or emulator.

Troubleshoot and Filter Airbag Warnings

Use this dongle to filter out an airbag warning caused by:

Curtain airbag removal
Seatbelt pretensioner removal

Knee airbag removal
Racing wheel installation

...and preserve error detectability for the remainder of the SRS. It stops the warning for that particular airbag, but you'll still be alerted if a different component malfunctions in the future.

(It does not fix any problem caused by damaged wiring, faulty sensors, or a damaged/malfunctioning/deployed airbag/pretensioner.)

How to Use

Turn off the vehicle.
Always disconnect the car battery and wait at least 30 seconds before disconnecting any airbag/pretensioner. If you’ve already removed it and are just installing the dongle, you can skip this step.
Push the dongle firmly onto the airbag connector.
Engage the connector's locking tab.
Try tugging on the dongle — it should not pull out.
Start the car and verify that the SRS error is no longer present.
